WHY WORK WITH ME
Coaching with me isn’t about surface-level tips or quick fixes. It’s about creating trust — where every fear, doubt, or “I don’t know” moment can be voiced without judgment. My role is to listen deeply, help you navigate obstacles, and hold your vision alongside you. At the same time, I’ll boldly challenge you to break old patterns, step into new behaviors, and move toward the future you want.
Together, we’ll create new neural pathways that shift how you think and act. My coaching draws on neuroscience, positive psychology, and goal-setting theory — frameworks proven to help people rewire thought patterns, increase resilience, and make lasting behavioral change. This blend of science and practice is what makes the work not just insightful, but transformative.
I bring both lived experience and professional training to this work. My background combines 20+ years in senior corporate roles with advanced coaching credentials — giving me a unique lens on both the challenges and possibilities you face.

Why I Coach
Since I was young, I’ve loved learning, creating, and challenging myself. That curiosity and drive led me into a 20-year career in corporate marketing, where I worked across Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial brands, collaborating with senior leaders on initiatives that drove growth and business performance.
As my career shifted toward people-focused leadership, I started to notice that the most meaningful moments weren’t the wins themselves, but helping people grow, challenge themselves, and build confidence.
And it wasn’t all smooth. I went through layoffs that forced me to rethink everything. I struggled with imposter syndrome and the fear of not being enough, even when things looked successful on the outside. I also walked through periods of loss, including my dad’s sudden illness and passing. Through all of it, I learned how powerful it is to have even one person who believes in you and holds your vision with you.
Those experiences shaped why I coach today. They taught me that real growth isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about uncovering the parts of yourself that have been there all along, just waiting for permission to be seen.
